I respectfully ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to a future date, I ask that you do so with at least 24 hours notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged for the full cost of services booked.

Additionally, if you arrive 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, we may need to adjust your service to avoid affecting the rest of the schedule.

Please note: for customers paying with a credit card, there will be a non-taxable credit card processing fee applied to your hair service total.
